Mr.Shantharaju Siddaiah

Mr. Shantharaju is the Chairman of the Board of Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited. He retired as the CEO of Indus Towers Limited in March 2016 after seven years in the role. He helped build Indus, just a nine-month-old company when he began, to the world’s largest operating telecom tower company with over Rs. 75,000 crore by the time he exited. Prior to Indus Towers, Mr. Shantharaju was elevated to the role of CEO of Delhi International Airports at the time of privatization. Previously, he was the Managing Director for Gujarat Gas Company Limited (GGCL), India’s largest city gas distribution company. Under his watch, GGCL became one of the 13 Best Managed Companies in India according to a survey conducted by A.T Kearney. He has also held roles at BG Group, SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals) (now part of Glaxo Smithkline), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Eicher Tractor Limited. He is an alumnus of London Business School.

Ms. Lim Hwee Hua

Ms. Lim Hwee Huawas first elected to Singapore’s Parliament in December 1996 and served till May 2011. She last held the positions of Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Finance and for Transport, and was formerly Deputy Speaker of Parliament and Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee

Prior to joining the Singapore Cabinet, Ms. Lim was a Managing Director at Temasek Holdings, where she oversaw divestments, company restructurings and boards. Ms. Lim is currently engaged in private equity through Tembusu Partners and KKR; financial services through United Overseas Bank and Asia Pacific Exchange; and maritime services through Bergesen Worldwide Group. She is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow of National University of Singapore at both the Business School and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. /p>

Mr. Sanjay Omprakash Nayar

Mr.Sanjay Nayar is Member and CEO of KKR India and is a member of KKR’s Asian Investment Committee and Asia Portfolio Management Committee. Prior to joining KKR, he served as CEO of Citigroup's Indian and South Asian operations.

Currently, he is a member of the board of USISPF, and SEBI’s NISM Board of Governors, and serves on the board of Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA), Washington D.C; Indian School of Business (ISB); Advisory Board of Habitat for Humanity; Chairman of Grameen Impact Investments India (GIII); and Founding Member of Brookings./p>

Mr.Rupen Jhaveri

Mr.Rupen Jhaverijoined KKR in 2009 and has been a member of the India investing team since its founding. At KKR, he has led investments in Ramky Enviro, Alliance Tires, Magma Fincorp, Dalmia Cement, Max Financial Services, Emerald Media, SBI Life Insurance, Bharti Infratel and HDFC. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its principal investment area and Warburg Pincus in Mumbai where he was involved in a number of investments including Mahindra & Mahindra, NDTV, Amtek Auto, Sigma Electric, Sintex, Dainik Bhaskar, amongst others. Mr. Jhaveri holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University.

Mr.M.Goutham Reddy

Mr.Goutham Reddy is the Managing Director and CEO of Ramky Enviro Engineers Limited. He leverages his expertise in areas including infrastructure, waste management and real estate to drive the Company’s direction and growth. Mr. Reddy brings nearly 20 years of environmental engineering experience to the Company. He received his Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering in the US and has also received training in waste management in Australia and environmental monitoring training in Sweden.

Mr.Masood Alam Mallick

Mr. Masood Mallick is the Joint Managing Director of REEL. He heads all the varied businesses at the company including municipal, industrial, biomedical and recycling. He also manages the international operations in South East Asia and Middle East. Prior to joining REEL, Mr. Mallick was the Managing Director and head of operations in South Asia at ERM and co-led its Global Innovation initiative, through which he worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies address environmental management. Over his 20-year career, he has advised departments including India’s Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), and the Planning Commission (now Niti Aayog) on policy, legislation and technical initiatives. Mr. Mallick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Delhi; a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Technology from Kukurshetra University; and a Diploma in Environmental Law from CEL, WWF – UK. He has also completed an advanced management program from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Anil Khandelwal

Mr.Anil Khandelwal is Chief Financial Officer and Joint Managing Director of REEL. He manages aspects of the Company’s finances, reporting, taxation, treasury, risk management, procurement and control systems. With over 30 years of professional experience working with international corporations, Mr. Khandelwal brings extensive financial and accounting expertise to REEL, managing capital and cash flow needs to foster organisational growth in India and international markets.

Mr. Govind Singh

Mr. Govind Singh is the Company Secretary of REEL. He brings expertise on a range of compliance- and corporate law-related areas to the Company, such as the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Securities and Exchange Board of India laws and Depository laws.
